Veriscopic does not provide legal advice, regulatory determinations, certifications, or assurances on behalf of regulators, insurers, or other third parties.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of information submitted to the platform, and for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Availability and access

The platform is made available on a subscription or contractual basis. Availability, features, and support levels may vary by plan and may be modified over time.

Contractual precedence

Where additional terms are agreed during onboarding, enterprise procurement, or through written agreements, those terms will prevail in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms of Service.
