Evidence infrastructure
supporting EU AI Act governance

Veriscopic helps organisations operating in Europe create verifiable records showing how AI governance was exercised — fixing oversight, authority, and reliance in time for later scrutiny.

Important clarification

Veriscopic does not certify EU AI Act compliance, provide legal advice, or assess regulatory risk classification.

Evidence Packs record declared governance facts only — creating durable, verifiable records of how governance was exercised at specific points in time.

Why evidence matters under the EU AI Act

The EU AI Act introduces documentation, record-keeping, and transparency obligations that vary by system category and role.

In high-scrutiny contexts, organisations are increasingly expected to demonstrate not just that governance policies existed, but how governance was exercised in practice at the time decisions were made.

  • Which AI systems were declared and in scope
  • Who held governance responsibility and authority
  • Which policies or instructions applied
  • What governance events occurred, and when
  • Whether records can be independently verified

Reconstructed narratives, editable documents, and screenshots rarely survive regulatory or insurance scrutiny. This is why some organisations adopt Consent Evidence as a Service (CEaaS) to fix governance decisions in time, independently of operational systems.

Choosing the right evidence layer

Not every organisation faces the same level of scrutiny. What matters is matching evidentiary strength to regulatory exposure.
